Community Involvement

HiP is proud to be part of these important missions:

The Sage Colleges

The year was 1949 and the Sage College of Albany was organized. The parent campus had its start in 1916, and has since grown to include a woman’s college in the City of Troy, and three additional graduate schools. It was an honor for HiP to provide two scholarships to deserving students in the 2014 academic year, and we look forward to our continued venture with Sage in helping lighten the financial responsibility for students seeking to continue their education.

Capital District YMCA

The Y is one of the nation’s leading nonprofits, strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Across the US, 2,687 Ys engage 21 million men, women and children – regardless of age, income or background – to nurture the potential of children and teens, improve the nation’s health and well-being, and provide opportunities to give back and support neighbors.
